We love movies. A heckuva lot. Eric tries to see a few movies each week, and even though Justin is too busy these days to go to many movies, he still likes them. And stuff. Until we make our own movies to post on this site, here are links to some good ones. Eric Recommends: Trouble and Desire. A site dedicated to the films of Hal Hartley, a genius of deadpan comedy. You Know, For Kids! This site is devoted to the films of the Coen Brothers, Joel and Ethan. I can't recommend their stuff highly enough. Jan Svankmajer. His film Alice blew me away when I was a freshman at BYU, and I've been a fan ever since. Martin Scorsese: A God Among Directors. Lynchnet: The David Lynch Resource. His Twin Peaks TV series and movies made a die-hard fan out of me. It also turns out that two of my uncles were in his sixth-grade class in Boise, Idaho, and I've placed some Lynch memorabilia from that year on this site. Also be sure to check out his comic strip.
