Bataan Death March
I'm taking part in a 26.2 mile ruck march at White Sands Missle Range on April 9th, 2000. The march is to commemorate the Bataan Death March that took place on April 9th, 1942. Our team will be participating in the "Co-ed Military Heavy" catagory. That is, we will have a 7-8 person team, two of which will be female. The minimum weight for the event is 35 pounds, not including water. I don't have any pictures yet, but we are training hard, and I will take my digital camera out next time. Until then, here are some interesting links about the the march, and about Bataan.
Training Journal:

More to come, check back often. The next training session is scheduled for December 12th.
